About the Land

This is a pretty open, flat piece of land—just over 4,200 square meters—right off Soi Chaiyaphon Withi 16 in Nong Prue. The terrain is mostly bare soil with some patches of grass and a few mature trees that give you nice spots of shade. Because of the flat layout and sandy soil, it’s really easy to build on or landscape however you want. You get a sense of openness here since the plot isn’t enclosed fully, but there is a boundary wall on one side, giving some privacy.
