Living and Kitchen Spaces

The living area is comfortable with a brown leather sofa brightened up by yellow and green cushions, plus a large flat-screen TV on a light wood stand — a great place to unwind after the beach. The open kitchen is really the heart of the home, featuring marble-patterned countertops and a sizable island with seating for three. You'll find modern appliances like a microwave and coffee machine already in place, and natural light flows in through glass block windows and ceiling fixtures. There are even two refrigerators side-by-side, which is super handy if you like to entertain or store extra groceries.

Details That Make a Difference

• The bathrooms feel contemporary but warm, with textured tiles, freestanding bathtub, vessel sinks on black countertops, and plenty of natural light.
• Wooden flooring in herringbone pattern adds character throughout, contrasting nicely with the white walls and recessed lighting.
• Bedrooms feature sturdy wooden beds and wardrobes with clean white panels, plus thoughtful touches like nightstands and decorative lighting.
• A small balcony and gated front yard give you outdoor options, while security bars on windows ensure peace of mind.

Overall, it’s a home where you’ll probably spend most of your time in the open kitchen and living area, but with nice quiet bedrooms upstairs (including an attic room with sloped ceilings) and good-sized bathrooms for comfort. The location near calm ocean waters and palm-lined sandy beach is hard to beat if you want that laid-back beach lifestyle without sacrificing modern convenience.
