What You'll Like About This Place

This is a compact studio on the 7th floor, so it feels airy thanks to those large floor-to-ceiling windows with black frames letting in plenty of natural light. You’ve got a balcony with an ornate metal railing that’s perfect for morning coffee or just catching some fresh air.

Layout and Practical Details

The layout is pretty smart for a 24 sqm space. The sleeping area is separated by a glass partition, so while it’s open, you get a bit of privacy and distinct zones, which helps the space not feel too cramped. The large bed has a tufted upholstered headboard and light purple bedding that adds a soft touch to the otherwise neutral white walls and ceilings.

The kitchen stands out with its modern wooden cabinetry and a black stone countertop. It even has a built-in microwave and a stainless steel fridge, which is handy if you like to cook or just want a bit more convenience. There's a small round dining table with two white chairs right next to it, so you can easily eat in without taking up much space.

Bathroom and Finishes

The bathroom is simple but stylish, with classic white tiles accented by black grout and a large mirror above the toilet. The shower is glass-enclosed and offers both a handheld and overhead rain shower option, which is a nice touch for a studio.

Other nice touches include light wood flooring in the living and sleeping areas, black and white patterned tiles in the kitchen, and recessed lighting throughout, making the whole place feel modern and comfortable. There’s also a wooden double-door closet and a black bedside table with decorative handles, giving you some decent storage and a bit of character.

Overall, this is a neat, move-in-ready option if you want something simple but with thoughtful details and a good flow, right off Sukhumvit Rd in Na Chom Thian.
